Worship Service

Below we have provided some general information about our worship service. Please contact us if you have any additional questions.

TIME & LOCATION

Our regular weekly worship service is held on Sunday mornings from 10:00–11:30 at Heritage Neighborhood Center (7350 W Liberty Parkway, Fontana, California). We are a set-up/tear-down church. Since our inception we have rented out this community center every Sunday and adapted its space for our corporate worship service and ministry activities.

Beginning in March this year, we will have two identical Sunday morning worship services each week, one at 9:00 and the other at 11:00.

CHILDCARE

We provide childcare during our entire worship service for children up to 5 years old. Our nursery workers take care of the infants and toddlers while the children ages 3–5 are taught a lesson from the Bible and participate in fun activities that reinforce the lesson. Starting at 9:45 on Sunday mornings, parents can drop their children off in the childcare room before service begins.

For children 1st–6th grade, we provide a Bible class during the sermon. Before service begins parents can check in with the teacher scheduled for that morning and sign their children in. The children remain with their parents during the first part of the service and are then dismissed to their class just before the sermon. The 1st–4th graders meet in one classroom, and the 5th–6th graders meet in another classroom.

Please note that because the safety of the children in our care is of the utmost importance, all of our adult childcare workers have been approved to serve only after undergoing a formal application process and being subject to a background check that includes an enhanced nationwide criminal database search, a national sex offender search, and a county criminal search.

MUSIC & SINGING

On Sunday mornings we lift up our voices together to sing edifying praises to God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ in the joy of the Holy Spirit. Our music is led by a praise band, and we sing a variety of songs, hymns, and spiritual songs (both old and new, traditional and non-traditional). We value songs that focus on engaging the mind with the truth of Scripture and the hope of the gospel.
